Northbound Gear Case Study

We worked with Northbound Gear to come up with an ad campaign strategy to help get more customers to check out their “Adventure Pants”. Our strategy was to capture 4 people in their target audience range wearing and using the adventure pants in their intended environments. From these 5 short vignette ads we created a main ad that featured the best footage from each of these 4 shoots. We then created multiple hooks to test on social media. Once the ads were finalized we formatted them as 1x1, 9x16, 4x5 and 16x9 aspect ratios so we could share across all social media platforms. In addition to the video assets created we also shot lifestyle imagery to accompany the videos in this campaign and to supply Northbound with even more content to promote their brand. Our total number of assets created for this shoot was 196.

This campaign was a massive success and lead to over 605,342 website visits, 9,056 purchases and over $1.2 million (CAD) in revenue generated from these ads. Check out what we created for them below!
